Moonfire Charms — Handmade with a Little Magic 🌙✨

At Moonfire Charms, every creation is handmade with love, care and a little bit of magic. We hope you adore your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns & Cancellations

If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return your item.

To arrange a return, please email us at magic.moonfirecharms@gmail.com with your order number.

We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions by email.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please package your item securely to prevent damage during transit.

You may inspect your purchase as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, any reduction in its value may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.

Handmade Products

Our resin creations, crystal jewellery and other handmade items are individually crafted, meaning slight variations in colour, glitter distribution or finish may occur.

These variations are part of their handmade charm and do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Personalised Items

Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at magic.moonfirecharms@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Where a return is necessary because an item is faulty or incorrect, Moonfire Charms will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge where required by law.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Additional charges for upgraded delivery services may not be refundable.
